What this field describes

This container identifies the forwarding institution in the selected profiles.

An intermediary’s identifier is separate from the acquiring institution identifier. Use each in its defined routing role.

Read the 2 prefix bytes first, then read that many value bytes. Reject a length that exceeds 11 or the bytes remaining in the message.
