When this schedule applies
This schedule covers United States merchant accounts accepting domestic online card payments in USD when selected in the Merchant Service Order. An expressly accepted account variation controls the affected charge. Services must be enabled for the account before use.
The amounts below are merchant service charges. They do not price a card issuance service or authorize charges that have not been disclosed.

Refunds and dispute fees
Original processing and currency conversion fees are not returned when a payment is refunded. The $15 manual dispute response fee is returned if you win the dispute. That does not imply return of the separate $35 dispute received fee. Any other reversal treatment must be stated in your account’s billing terms.
For a $100.00 domestic online card payment, the base fee is $3.20 and the amount after that fee is $96.80. Other charges, refunds, disputes and reserve adjustments may change the eventual payout.
Optional dispute prevention
Optional dispute prevention costs 0.4% of eligible successful payment volume enrolled in the service. Your enrollment must identify the transactions covered. Ordinary transaction receipts remain included without enrollment.
The service uses Order Insight to share supported purchase details with participating banks. Before you enroll, the terms must explain which accounts and transactions qualify, provider coverage, what information will be shared and the required permissions, when fees apply, billing and refund treatment, the start date and how to cancel. Eligibility depends on transaction history, required records and applicable rules. The service does not cover every issuer or dispute reason, guarantee prevention or replace response deadlines. It does not begin automatically or convert from a trial without your agreement.
ACH and other charges
ACH and other enabled methods have separate fees, availability and return rules. Your billing terms must identify any applicable return, transfer, network, reserve or other account charge before it applies. Only charges disclosed and accepted for your account may be collected.
Calculation and collection
The standard processing fee is incurred on a successfully captured card payment, using the captured amount, including tax, shipping or tip within that payment. An authorization, decline or cancellation before capture does not incur that standard fee. Separately agreed event fees follow their own charging rules.
The billing terms for your account must explain how additional percentages, fixed fees, multiple captures, currency conversion and rounding are calculated. Any variation from the published rates must be disclosed and accepted before it applies. The same fixed charge must not be collected twice for the same chargeable transaction.
An international card is issued outside the United States, as identified in the processor’s transaction information. Currency alone does not establish issuer country. The merchant entered supplement applies to details entered by the merchant. A conversion supplement applies only when conversion occurs. The transaction information must show the original amount, USD calculation base, exchange rate source and time, and conversion fee. Any different provider calculation must be disclosed before it applies.
Pay charges when due under your accepted billing terms and maintain a valid means of payment for them. Collection may use an authorized settlement deduction or invoice. Charging a separate payment method requires valid consent. Debiting a bank account requires a separate valid authorization. The same charge must not be collected twice.
An invoice must identify the creditor, charges, credits, amounts already collected and balance due. It cannot create an unagreed charge or shorten an accepted payment period. These terms create no late fee or interest rate.
A payout delay, reserve or customer dispute does not defer an unrelated amount properly due. If an authorized collection fails, pay by another agreed lawful method by the applicable due date. Revoking a collection authorization does not cancel a debt, and a failed collection does not create permission for a new debit or retry. An overdue amount may result in a service restriction under the Merchant Services Terms.
Taxes and changes
Fees exclude applicable service taxes unless the accepted schedule states otherwise. Lawfully chargeable taxes must be shown separately. Keep your business address and tax information accurate and provide valid exemption evidence where applicable. Taxes on your own sales remain separate; this schedule does not include tax calculation or filing services.
A new fee or increase for a service already in use requires at least 30 days’ written notice, or longer where law or the accepted order requires, subject to the limited mandatory change provisions in the Merchant Services Terms. The notice identifies the amount or calculation, effective date and your options. An invoice alone does not amend an agreed fee.
Statements and billing corrections
Your account’s billing terms state the statement period, availability date and delivery method. The billing record must distinguish when a fee was incurred from when it was collected and identify the account, transaction or service, calculation base, rate, fee, tax, credits and collection method. It must state the reporting time zone. Later adjustments identify their original transaction and posting period.
A summary of fees already collected is not a second demand for payment. Only the unpaid balance may be invoiced. Statement frequency does not determine collection frequency or create a monthly account fee.
A billing correction reverses the erroneous charge and related tax that must be corrected; it does not change retained processing fees on an ordinary customer refund. Promptly identify a disputed entry and its reason, and pay undisputed amounts when due. Etail will investigate and record the outcome with an adjustment reference. These terms create no automatic forfeiture for failing to report within a fixed number of days.
Your account’s billing terms
You must receive the charges and collection terms for your account before they apply. A published rate alone does not authorize a deduction or bank debit. Any calculation or collection performed by a provider must be confirmed for your account.
You are charged for an optional service or additional payment method only when you expressly select it and accept its applicable charges. Leaving an option unselected does not authorize an extra service, fee or collection method. Any agreed variation must identify your account, the affected provision and its effective date.
- Billing party and currency
- Etail Depot US, Inc. bills in USD. You must be told the identity, role and collection authority of any provider or collection agent.
- Calculation
- Your accepted rates, charging events and calculation method determine each fee. The provider must support the transaction classification and confirm any agreed currency conversion or multiple capture method.
- Collection and due dates
- You must receive the collection method, collection authority, invoice due dates, statement delivery arrangements and reporting time zone. A bank debit requires its own valid authorization where applicable.
- Additional charges
- Charges for other enabled methods or services must be disclosed as an amount or calculation. Applicable service taxes and any exemption must also be identified.
- Optional enrollment
- Before choosing an optional service, you must receive its eligible volume, information sharing, charging and billing rules, refund treatment, start date and cancellation terms.
- Questions and records
- You may raise a billing question and request review of an unresolved complaint through the contact identified for your account. Provide supporting records through the designated secure channel. An invoice cannot create a charge or collection right you have not agreed to.
